Sarthak Educational Trust is a reputed NGO with offices across India. It was founded in July 2008 for people with disabilities. It aims to enable and facilitate sustainable livelihoods for PwD through skill development and placements.

Sarthak’s Challenges in Daily Operations
Sarthak operated their life cycle of beneficiary from discovery to admission through Excel. They maintained a separate Excel file for each stage, from calling the potential beneficiary to following up and converting them as admissions. Separate files and folders were kept and tracked for each registration and documentation.
Accessing the data on any particular beneficiary was cumbersome. Moreover, there was no centralized data control from the management point of view.
